When I try and play a video or audio file from internet explorer I get a
message saying that the file does not exist with this file structure:

C:\documents and settings\Michael\Local Settings\Tempory Internet
Files\Content.IE5\<Folder name>\<File name.asf>

When I look in the Tempory Internet files folder using that path, there is
no \Content.IE5\<Folder name>\<file name.asf>. Neither the Folder or the
file name exist. There is a Content.IE5 folder in the \Temp\Tempory
Internet Files\ but there is no such filename there either.

Is there some setting in Windows XP that some how got munged and is causing
this? It worked fine until I did a Disk Defrag and then it started doing
this. I tried to create the Folder \Content.IE5 but the system will not let
me create folder in the Tempory Internet Files directory
