We can install different space hardisk in raid or not

You usually can, but the array will be limited by the drive of smaller capacity. that is if you have a 250 gig drive and a 320 gig in RAID 1, you'll only be able to create a 250 gig array.

It's always best to use the same make/model/size disks in a RAID array if possible.
