should i go with the PC6400 or the PC8500?

Well first of all if aren't going to OC then go with either which is cheaper.
But if u want to OC;well the main difference between 6400 and 8500 RAMs is that 6400 RAMs MOSTLY have lower timings than 8500 RAMs,i would go for a 6400 RAM with CL4 timings

Most good DDR2-800 CL4 RAM will run a DDR2-1066 speeds with CL5 timings and a couple tenths increase in RAM voltage.
