What's the difference besides the shipping cost?

GSkill Ripjaw

GSkill Ripjaw X
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

To see them both listed in a search on the egg:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=E...

As far as I can tell, they are identical, timings, voltage, etc. Only difference I can see is their model number and the shipping price.
