Just got a new pc and the dvd drive wasnt working so i opened the case and pushed in the dvd drive sata cable, which solved the problem. With the dvd drive now working i booted up the pc and the monitor was not receiving any signal at all and on the motherboard the error led's next to the sata inputs said 26 acroding to the instruction manual its means this :

1.if early_init_onboard_generator is not defined onboard clock generator initialization. Disable respective clock resource to empty pci & dimm slots

2. Init onboard PWN

3.Init onboard H/W monitor devices

I dont have a clue what all that means so it be great if someone could help

in advance many thanks

dom

I think you may be looking at it upside down - you may have a 'b2' error, which is in the memory initialization block. I can help, but need more to go on...
You say:
Just got a new pc
Does this mean you purchased an assembled system from a supplier, or that this is a new build? Has it ever run: booted, displayed, worked at all? A few details: PSU type & P/N, CPU, RAM stick count, mfg & P/N... Such things help in diagnosis...

I managed to get in touch with my supplier and apparently it is the graphics card
