fan noise

I have a dell desktop and lately I can hear what sounds like the fan speeding up and slowing down. Never heard it before Is this normal?Dell said it was. Thanks,Phil

Try cleaning the fans and heatsink.

If its a gx280 then your mobo is probably gonna fail soon

Even power supply fans change rpms when temps change. Nothing to worry about.
