Windows xp cannot connect to network computers

All my 5 computers are on XP SP2, I reloaded one computer and it cannot connect to my network

Define "re-loaded", what kind of network do you have, are you connected to a router, switch ?
If it's just a switch with no servers, go to Start-Settings-Control Panel-System-Computer Name Tab- All 5 should have the same identical Workgroup name (not Domain), if not hit the change button, modify and reboot.
