I'm using a AMD Athlonx2 5200+ (2.7ghz) but when I look at processes in task manager, it shows that some programs use almost 100 CPU.
For instance, a heavy program for streaming called Xsplit uses anywhere from 80-100 CPU...but I'm using a dual core so shouldn't I have a CPU leftover for other processing?
I'm just curious because I want to stream, but it seems that I only have one core or something.
