New build help

Hello. I have just finished a new build and when i turn it on it says initialising and nothing else. Before i get to this screen it says press del to enter setup and when i do nothing happens. I only have a usb keyboard and I get 1 short beeep on the speaker and everthing is powering up the hdd's, fans etc. The board is a Asus P6T Deluxe v2. Thanks for any help.

What are the complete system specs? Are you trying to do a fresh install of the OS?

Figured it out now. It wouldnt recognise the USB keyboard on initial boot so couldnt get into BIOS. Found an old PS/2 keyboard and got into BIOS and now recognises USB keyboard. Got wooried for a minute. Stupid idea not recognising a USB keyboard on modern day motherboards. I didnt have a PS/2 keyboard and had to go and source one. Thanks anyway.
