LG WH10LS30 Not Loading Blu Ray After Windows 7 upgrade?

My LG WH10LS30 drive was working fine for me in my previous computer and today I installed it in a custom built PC with windows 7 and for some reason it won't read, or play blu ray.

When I try to load a disc in Power DVD, it says "loading", then crashes the program.

This is the first time ive used it on W7 and I really need to find a solution to this.

I've tried uninstalling powerdvd, upgrading to a new version, etc.

No errors are showing in the device manager either.

Any help would be appreciated.

install firmware newest compatible Windows 7

I tried that already, didn't work. I can't seem to figure this out and the company is no help at all. They just keep telling me to send it in for a replacement.
