Does anybody own an Antec P183 case with an ASUS P6T Deluxe V2 motherboard and two full size videocards?

I want to put a system together with the above parts (using 2 ATI Radeon 5870's) but I am worried that the videocards will block the harddrive cage and the Antec case's PSU divider will block airflow for the second videocard.

I don't think so, unless the 5870 is longer than a GTX 285. Mine isn't longer than the entire length of my miniATX mobo (LGA 1156).

I owe a P183 and it's massive, if you are worried about airflow then just install hard drives in the lower cage (which can fit 4 HDDs) & the hotswap slot then you have direct airflow from front to back.
