DDR2 533 mhz ram on 667 mhz minimum mobo

Hi i just purchased a Asus P5KPL-AM EPU motherboard and in the manual in the ram section it only says about 667/800/1066(oc) mhz speed.i only have 2x1GB kingston 533 mhz ram.Will it be a problem if i install the 533 ram or it will not work?My CPU is Intel E5300

RAM is backwards compatible, so RAM running at 533MHz. will not be a limiting factor for use with the MB. Will it work? The fact that it is rated at 533MHz. does not make it incompatible, so yes it should.

So what? IT WORKS? I also bought today this motherboard and I also have 533MHz DDR2. Does it work?
