Amd Over drive

Alright i am no expert but getting there-

So about this whole thing with AMD over drive "auto clocking" (seems to me like a torture test) got my 4 cores to 100% never it seen it go that high when this happened there was a humming sound for about 5secs and it stopped maybe the PSU in heavy use..

anyways moving on now is it true my system will be more stable if i "Unleash 4cores" before preforming a auto clock in AMD over drive?

Asus ATI Radeon 5770 1gb
hyper 212 dual fans placed it upwards cause no need for blowing that hot air from the rams into my sexy fins...
3x2gb 1333 ddr3 1x4gb 1800mhz
windows 7 home edition
1tb 7200rpm HDD

What exactly do you mean by "unleash 4cores"? You show that you already have a 4 core 965.
