Visiontek Radeon HD 4850

So i have been running a hd 4850 (visiontek) for some time now and have not been overly satisfied with the performance that I get on world of warcraft. I was wondering if you all could help me to see if my card is defective or just fine with certain tets that you will most likely know more about!

I am writing this before work and while I am away today I will be downloading 3dmark06, furmark, amd overdrive, gpu-z.

My computer is a 64 bit Vista machine running a quad-core AMD Penom 9500 chip (2.2ghz)[possible bottleneck?].
8 gigs or ram.
750g hdd.
700w power supply
Visiontek ATI Radeon HD4850


and i receive about 10 fps in world of warcrafts major city with settings turned up minus shadows.

Just wondering if this is all normal.
