Intel speed step

i currently O'Cd my processor e4300 with a asrock mo'bo but the speed step tech reduces my multiplier to 6 when idle this helps lower my temp to 32c but my main question is can this destroy my processor since the multiplier keeps switchin esp when am playing game?

No. Intel wouldn't have implemented it if it was going to ruin your CPU.

The processor was designed with that speed variance in mind. It doesn't affect the life of the processor.
