9600GT, its faster GDDR3 memory and a wider bus gets my vote.

Yeah, if that was a DDR3 GSO then it might be the better choice but out of those 2 go for the GT.
I'd spend a little more and grab an HD4770 if possible or an HD4830 if you can't find a 4770 in stock.

Can't go wrong with the 9600gt + a free decent game at that price. Although you missed out on the 9800gt for the same price yesterday :/
