Computer Want turn Off Normal

Hello,
Having prob. with Comp. not shutting off. It closes to the point that the cleared desktop is all thats on. No Icons just the desktop showing . Sometimes it will close normally but slow. Sometimes it will go off after 4 or 5 Min. But usually it just stays a cleared desktop & stays on until next day . It will turn off by holding the off button w/o any prob. Thanks to anyone who can help. lil buddy

The computer is clogged up with too many applications running at the same time, not enough memory, spyware, viruses, junk ware,
This causes the processor to run very slowly or freeze altogether...the key is to clear as many things out as possible and minimize the number of tasks running, scan the computer to eliminate as many malicious and junk programs as possible.

After a while it makes more sense to save your files to a drive or disk, reformat the drive and load a fresh operating system.
In fact it makes sense to reload every year or two, in order to keep all the crap ware cleared out.
