How's it going guys.
My name is Brian, I work at a computer Repair and Sales shop located in Upstate New York.

We're having an issue here with one computer for a big time customer.

we have built him a very expensive Setup:

Asus Rampage Extreme Motherboard
4 GB RAM
Windows 32bit and 64bit windows dual boot.
GTX 295 BFG x2 SLI
1300w power supply.
Rampage Extreme Sound card
Killer1 Network card.
6 TB Storage (3 x 2TB)
2 80 GB SSD HD

Everything was running great, we built the computer, installed the OS's with no issues. Got everything updated.

Was on the final step of installing Crysis for the customer.

Installed it perfectly, restarted the computer.
Now the visual doesnt work.

We've power cycled, reset the CMOS, and Just let it run...

What else can we do to trouble shoot this, or does any one have a specific answer?

Visual? As in, nothing displays or just OS?
Try using one GTX 295 then the other to make sure one or both aren't dead.
Another thing, it might be the Motherboard. If you have another Mobo, try using that to make sure that's not dead either. Otherwise, I have no other suggestions.

Found out the problem. One of our new techs switched up the ram to the 2ndary slots. Put them in correct slots and is working properly now,.
