Slow Crucial Read/Write speeds

Hey guys, I just purchased a crucial RealSSD C300 128 GB Model:

And my motherboard is a Gigabyte P55-UD5:

Now I realize that I have only have SATA2 ports, but my read/write speeds are still not what I expected.

Using the passmark software I downloaded I get:

Read: 158 Mb/S
Write: 122 Mb/S

Does anyone have any suggestions, I'd like to get the Read at least over 200 Mb/s and I'm quite sure it's possible.

Please post a benchmark of CrystalDiskMark and/or AS SSD benchmark tests performed on your SSD. Also please provide information about your system such as OS.
