I accidently purchased a mATX motherboard instead of a standard size. I got a little too cheap and bought based on price rather than reading into the details…

So I’ve got an E5300 dual-core and a Xigmatek 120mm CPU cooler. Motherboard = GIGABYTE EG31M-ES2L
Case = http://www.bigbruin.com/reviews/xbladecase/
Case Dimensions: 19.5 x 8 x 17 inches (L x W x H)

Do you think I’d be able to mount all of this into a standard ATX case? I’m not sure the cooler will fit in the case from where the motherboard will sit. If I mount the motherboard lower I’m afraid the rear plugs won’t be accessible.

I haven't even received the motherboard yet, so I could always send it back. I will be out shipping charges to return it, so I'm hesitant to do that.

I'm not 100% about that...but i really don't see why it shouldn't fit. Its just the hole placements that might be different....

The case will support the MicroATX motherboard.
You won't be able to move the MB lower.
I have some doubt the CPU cooler will fit with the side fan installed.
