Best BackUp software

Looking for the best software to backup everything on a main windows drive... what do you all use incase of a crash?

I used to love the build int Veritas backup software that windows 2000 and XP had. But alas, Microsoft had to go screw it up in Vista and to backups by "category". There is no way to select by file or folder.

I have been using the BackItUP that came with my Nero 8. I actually like it and have it set to backup my email to another drive. I backup to a USB HD as well for all my files. You can even create a boot CD and "ghost" (Symantec term) your entire drive. However the source can be NTFS, so my USB HD is now FAT32.
