Multiple problems

Hello as i write this my keyboard is playing up at first i believed it was due to the fact i held down shift for too long but now there is many problems
~ cap locks stuck * unless i press caplock on the keyboard which seems to reverse that action*

~ cant click on some buttons with my mouse or laptop mouse pad the best example being that i tried to do a systems restore to fix the problem but i cant click next

~ i can only use symbols if they are upper case which is why youll have to excuse my grammer

~ everything is highlighted when i try do something like click on a file at the bottom of a storage folder when i do this it basically highlights everything from the start of the storage folder to the desired file i click on

i appologise for the mess this is in but basically does anyone know what ive done or how to fix it ?

Have you tried another Keyboard ? Or if USB, connect to another port ?
Check all keys to see nothing is stuck, sending multiple signals ?
Always the fact you might be infected with malware / virus !

Holding down Shift will turn on accessibility options if you select it. You would have gotten a prompt, if you selected Yes to it, you just turned them on.
