My comp is fairly old its a AMD64 3000+ ,PSU 450W
-Win XP
-my curent video card is a 8500 GT and by the look of the benchmark any other card will beat it ! LOL

I dont have lots of money to spend otherwise i would switch my whole system.

Im looking at 8800 GTS, 4770 and maybe 9500 GT any other tought pls ?

Two questions: Is that an single or dual core processor, and does your motherboard have a PCI-E expansion slot?

A HD 4770 if a dual core or a HD 4670 for a single core

I believe it is a single core GPU. I get this from the fact that there isn't an 'X2' in the name...unless you have just missed this out. The Athlon x2's were the first dual core processors from AMD.

Ok then i recommend to go for a HD 4670 at the max.
