Hi

I recently decided to try the new Windows 7. I downloaded it and installed it and all the drivers too. After a while windows started to hang itself and my screen would show green and black dots and stripes everywhere. I had to restart my comp to fix. I decided to reinstall my drivers. When I was installing the drivers I got a bsod and the green / black dots problem. I restarted my comp but nothing is showing on the screen. The graphic card still works I thing. Atleast the fan is.

Does anyone know how I can fix this? (It was working perfectly when I had XP)

Computer specs:
Graphic Card: Ati Radeon HD 3870
Motherboard: Asus M2N
CPU: AMD Athlon x2 6000+

Do you have another computer you can test the video card on?

Another thing you can try is to install another OS, XP or Vista, which ever one you have.

I'd say you need to test the card on another pc.

Hd 3870 is quite an awesome card.

3+7+8+0 makes 18.
18 is quite impressive level of performance dude.
