Hi Guys!

First of all, I'm new to overclocking (1st time to be exact). I just recently overclocked my system earlier this morning just to try it out.

Specs:

CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 640 (3.45GHz OCed)
MoBo: Gigabyte GA-880GM-UD2H (rev 1.4)
RAM: 2x2GB Kingston DDR3 PC-10600 (Value RAMs)
GPU: N/A (currently using IGP)
HDD: 1TB Western Digital Green Caviar 64MB Cache
PSU: 500W FSP Supersonic 80+
Chassis: SilverStone Precision 5 Series PS05B-W
Cooler: OCZ Vendetta 2

Pix:

3.45GHz stable OC after running Prime95 for 2hours.

Only setting in the BIOS that I changed is the CPU Frequency from 200 - 230.

Im a bit worried cuz my RAMs are only 1333Mhz but its OCed to 1532Mhz.

Are there other settings that I need to change? Like the Memory Clock, HT Link Freq, NB Freq, Voltage, etc...?

Any feedback will be highly appreciated.

Thanks! :)

Well, when oc'ing a cpu, depending on the level at which you are oc'ing it, you want to up the voltage. However, you want to look up your processor and find its voltage threshold to prevent frying it.
There are many other thinks to oc'ing I'll let others help from here :)

the core voltage might be a tad high when under load i have the athlon ii x4 645 and the voltage should be between 1.05V-1.4V i could be wrong though just noticed it when i was checking for my self :p

‎3.465Ghz AMD Athlon II X4 640 Stable Over Clock

Squeezed the last drop of juice on my CPU w/o adding more voltage

I can do more but I don't want to add more voltage on my system (afraid)
