And your question is? The easiest thing to do is to buy a new drive (make sure you buy the right type, probably IDE in your case.) and install it. Put windows back on it and your done. If you're asking about recovering data you may need to send it to a special place where they charge 100s of dollars to recover it for you. Probably not worth it in your case.

My advice is don't have it fix - buy a new one instead.

Yes, like they said... time to get a new one! It's very easy to replace and very cheap, cheaper than trying to fix an old HDD, if that were possible in your case.
