Hello all, had a quick question. I have a DFI motherboard which has the following inputs for fans:

CPU fan
System fan
1st fan
2nd fan
3rd fan
Fan 3

I know the CPU fan is for my CPU cooler.

Now Im hooking up 2 fans to my case, and possibly a third side one later. The front one is a 120mm and the rear is a 92mm. All of the fans list as sense/power/ground(except for the CPU fan). Which one should I plug them up to or does it not matter?

Thanks.

It largely doesn't matter. I'd use them in order you listed them. Do not forget to go into the BIOS and enable monitoring for the fan's you are using. That way, if a fan fails, you will get a warning.
