I've read a guide about this and did what it said, and so far, I'm stable for the stuff I do with the computer (gaming, video editing for youtube occasionally, movies).
Settings:
BCLK: 191
DRAM Voltage: 1.64 (my RAM is Corsair XMS3 DDR3 1600MHz 1.65v RAM)
CPU v-core: 1.2500
IOH Voltage and ICH Voltage: 1.2000
QPI Voltage: 1.35
Spread Spectrum (PCI and CPU): Disabled
Load Line Calibration: Enabled
Clock Skew (i think): Delay 300ps

Hyperthreading ON
c1E (power saver thingy) ON

Idle: 38-40C
BFBC2 Load (it uses a lot of the CPU): 63C
Prime95 for 20 minutes: 72C
I have a CoolerMaster Hyper 212+ Cooler with Arctic Silver 5 in an Antec 600 Case (stock fan on cooler)
Is this good? OK? Any suggestions?
Thanks.

Yeah I wound up having to raise the voltage to 1.268v and then it was stable Prime95 for 8 hours...
Max Temp: 77C (high?)
Idle: 38-40C
Gaming: 60-64C depending on the game
Are those worrying temperatures or should the CPU last a long time with those temperatures?
