Too less space for temporary internet folder

Hello. I have a 2 GB HDD for my OS drive, and i kept my temporary internet folder in a HDD wich just got broken. Now i want to move the folder back to the 2 GB one but i can't, it sais that i have not enough space. But i have 120 MB. What can i do?

Buy a bigger drive and clone that one to the new one. Use a program that will clone contents without setting the new partition size the same as the old one (allows custom partition sizes). Make the new system partition very large so this problem doesn't happen again. New 2TB drives are under $100.00 these days. Don't buy a giant 3TB drive or any drive larger than 2TB, per drive for use in XP.
