AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+

I'm interested in over-clocking my CPU just until I get my new system (short amount of time) but am unsure if my system could handle it and/or take much to justify over-clocking it so I thought I'd ask you for your opinions on it coming from more of a over-clocking background here are my spec's;

AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+ (BH-F2 Windsor)
ASUS M3A79-T Deluxe (latest BIOS @ 1702)
GEIL 5GB PC2-6400 (CL5-5-5DDR2800 5)
NVIDIA GeForce 9600GT 512MB

What cooler do you have?

Stock cooler, I am ashamed of admitting that :/ lol

With stock cooler I don't recommend do overclock, more with an AM2 CPU like yours.
