  1. Can't go wrong with Hyper 212 Plus
  2. Cooler Master Hyper 212 plus is good. But if your going to change the fans on them then it's going to cost you a bit more depending on what kind of fans you are buying. For example i see people buying the Cooler Master Hyper 212 plus for $30 and buy a set of fans that range from $10-$25 per fan. So in a push pull it's going to cost them around $50-$80 depending on what fans they installed. Also they have the Corsair A70 at Tiger Direct right now for $34.99 with free shipping...Not sure if they made a mistake on the price but that's pretty cheap.

My CPU temps hover around 34C now, crysis 2 pushed them to 41C on a AMD Phenom II X4 955BE.

For $15 (if they ever send the rebate) you can't go wrong. I'm very happy with this purchase.
  4. Another vote for the CM Hyper 212 Plus. If you need a second fan (decreases temps by 2-3ºC), then another Blade Master like the one that comes with it is around $12.

It's loud enough with the single fan, I can't imagine adding another one, also I'd have to upgrade the exhaust fan since it wouldn't be pushing out all the air
