Hey I was curious if http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6817139004 would power http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6814143183 properly? The power supply is 550 watts. The video card requires 575W PCI Express-compliant system power supply with a combined 12V current rating of 42A or more. The power supply says +3.3V@30A,+5V@20A,+12v@41A,-12V@0.8A,+5VSB@3A. I really don't have much of an idea what I'm rambling about but if someone could take a look and let me know that'd be great. I've heard "You'll be fine" but would like to see what you folks have to say. Thanks, Alan
It generally helps if you list the specs of your entire machine.
That said, the VX550 is more than enough for a BFG GTX275 ( BFG likes to overstate power requirements more than other brands )
