I'm building a PC and plan on running hackintosh along side windows 7. To complement my decision i wanted a Mac G5 or Pro chassis, but the way apple design the case i would have to do a lot of unwanted modding so a regular board would fit.

I know some major case makers have made a look-a-like case and I want to look further into them. Lian Li made a case a while back called the Lian Li PC-V600, it was the closest looking mac case i have ever seen >>> http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6811112056, but no one sells it anymore.

Here's the Type of Case i'm looking for:

  • Micro-ATX or regular ATX
  • Must look decent.
  • Don't care about price

Can you help me find a suitable Mac G5 or Mac Pro-ish case?

Just look through the cheap cases over at newegg. I remember seeing some pretty cheap, but of course the comments where that they were pretty flimsy. Here are a few I saw a while ago that kinda looked mac pro like

I really appreciate the reply but those cases are kinda ugly. I'd stick to regular PC cases before buy those two.

Thanks man, I will put this case into consideration. If I can't find any that will compare or rival this case then i will buy. Will remove wheels and add rubber feet.

Thanks for the reply, but that case is no longer being sold. Also it has too many bad reviews.

Look at other lian-li cases as well, I think you will be pleasantly surprised :)
