i get crap for frames in many games and cant play a bove low on crysis. i play at 1440-900 and 1900 1080 and both are same exect the higher resolution is worse. i get bad load times and it seems as if i am not getting the best performance out of my pc. i have had nothing but trouble since i bought it.

if you have PSU trouble it will cause instability, but not low framerates. The PSU should be fine for your system...in fact the build looks solid enough. Can you give examples of your framerates with the settings. A 260 is kind of pushing it on tough games @ 19 x12 unless you lower the settings some. Have you updated the drivers on the card? Did you disable any other graphic drivers in the system? How are your two hard drives configured?

Well, i get about 3-4 fps in bioshock and around 20-30 in crysis at low settings at 1440-900. they are configured in raid 0. i cant play many missions in call of duty WAW. because of low frames. all other graphics driver are removed and updated fully.

Don't hate me for asking this, but you are using the dvi connection on the video card and not the onboard graphics card, right? I've seen it happen a lot...but barring a raid error that would slow down the entire system, even when you are not gaming, I would think there is problem with the video card itself.

If the video card works in another system, try putting it in the other x16 slot, and/or try putting another video card in that system in the same slot to see if it performs correctly. It could be a bad pci-e slot, or bad processor, too...but the processor is the last thing I would test.
