I think I would go for the first one, it looks like it has enough tools, and the screws would really come in handy I think. I really have only ever needed like 4 tools when working on computers: Pliers, Screwdriver, Pocket knife...and I am sure I have used something else...but honestly you don't need that many tools.
 
Large tweezers, or small hobby/craft style needle nose pliers and set of side cutters are nice to have.
Besides that, a couple sizes of phillips, small straight blade screwdriver, utility knife.
An exacto blade can be pretty handy at times as well.
Small flashlight.

Magnetic phillips head screwdriver FTW. (Jitpublisher's comment on the flashlight is a good one too). Just as long as you have something to get those damn escaping screws that fall into that perfect little nook the case manufacturer put in just to hide screws/risers from you.... ARRGGGHHH! Ohh the blood sweat and tears I have shed over the years because of cheap nasty cases....
