Asus a6k

Hello, i don't know much about computers but when i started my used asus a6k up for the first time the wifi started right up. i have since wiped the hard drive and reinstalled windows xp. now the wifi won't start up. there is no wifi switch and fn f2 does nothing.. can someone help please?

You have to re-install the device drivers for the device, after reinstall of the OS
