I have a dilemma. I have a graphics card that supports VGA, HDMI, and DVI dual-link, and a 1920 X 1080 LCD Monitor with VGA, HDMI, and DVI single-link DVI ports.

So, can I just use a single-link DVI cable to connect them and be on my happy way, or do I need to find a converter or something? Or finally, should I just use HDMI? HDMI includes sound though right? I have a separate speaker system for sound though. Sorry, I'm a little unfamiliar with HDMI set-ups.

Thanks for your help.

A single link dvi cable will suffice.
