Asus p6t deluxe v2 and its RAM modules *PLEASE HELP!!*

Ok, so im building PC's.
And im making this REALLY tricked out one ok.
Ive chosen the asus p6t deluxe v2 mobo because it is the BEST OC mobo, but i rad in the description the ram modules are: I quote: 'DDR3 2000(O.C.)*/1866(O.C.)*/1800(O.C.)*/1600(O.C.)/1333/1066 Non-ECC,Un-buffered Memory'

Ok, so it says 2000-1600 (O.C) right, so does that mean i can only have 1333 ram?
I mean can i buy corsair dominator 2000mhz DDR3 ram that isnt O.C and put it in the mobo and it work 100%?

I REALLY need to know please!!!!!!

Because this (O.C) in all the descriptions are really bugging me cause it makes me think i can run it to its full potential i REALLY need an answer ASAP
