GA-MA74 with AM3 socket have supported 2000MT/s (HT.1) but M4N78-AM is supported HT3. is this feature very important in my work?

You may want to consider the $99 X4 620 for your kind of work.

I have not looked up the models you listed but what you want is a 780G or the newer 785G. The difference in graphics is slight and the 780G would be more than enough for your needs.

I would jump on that deal today. You can even get it in a combo with the Athlon II X4 620, which makes the deal even more amazing.
