What is difference between motherboard Color?
for example Black motherboards are professional series and blue motherboard id ...

I think it varies by manufacturer. In some cases it may be signify a premium range (which offers more features) or even a refresh, but in others it's purely cosmetic.

Anybody remember the day when all motherboards were either Green or Amber? And the only light was the power indicator?

Right now the only color I'm fairly certain is an indicator or anything is the awful purple of the older ECS boards. Those were mostly dogs.

Some of the server boards are still in green.

It really depends on the manufacturer. Gigabyte seems to like blue, Asus mixes between Amber, and Black. MSI is the red guy. etc

power indicator? i remember plenty of boards without that as well. Plain green motherboards were the standard . heck, try a MB without a ZIF socket or the ones that required a chip puller to upgrade the memory. sorry, I just went real old school there for a minute :)
