I have a three feed horn Oval-3 dish and receivers but two of the three(B&C)
satellites are out of sight behind trees. As is I can't get locals or HD
programing. I am interested in cutting these trees but need to be able to
know which to cut. I need to know exactly where each sat. is so I can cut an
open path toward each. I need, I think, exact compass headings and angles of
elevation so I can sight for each sat. Can anyonehelp with this info? I am
at zip 01355.

Knowing just your zip means nothing to anybody.

YOU need to know what might be in the way dependent upon where YOU want
to mount the dish to your home or land.

order a SAT SITE, or find a person that has one.

Yes, cut hevtrees blocking my view of directv satellites b and c. Satellite
a is above the tree tops from our dishs mounting point but two are out of
sight behind trees but the dish doesn't indicate exactly where it is
looking. I need to be able to sight a line through the trees to know which
to cut. I don't want to just clear cut the entire hillside. I thought I had
seen a page you could enter a zip code and find the satellite you are trying
to see and it(the page) calculated the azimuth and elevation for each
satellite.

Turns out there is a page that gives the bearing and elevation based on your
location, as long as you know the correct name of the satellite, you can
choose from a long list. http://www.nerosoft.com/SatCalcView.asp
Thanks to all for your thoughtful responses.
