So my laptop took a dive and I would like to get the files off my hard drive. I have a eSATA bracket hooked up to my PC. I have the old hard drive hook up to the eSATA board, and when I book I see the hard drive as a slave in the BIOS setup. What do I need to do to be able to access the hard drive?

If it's the same version of windows you can select the files you want to move by accessing control panel and looking for the external drive and selecting the files you want via copy or cut and paste.....I think.
Any better suggestions from anyone else???
