Need help with new build. When I powered up the first time, fans and lights come on, but no post beep, no video, cpu cooler fan not blowing. Removed video card, 1 stick ram, no change. What am I missing?

May want to check to see if the 4Pin connector is connected to the motherboard. May also want to check to make sure that it is not grounded out on the case.

After my post, I decide to started over again and found that I had neglected to connect the 2x4 pin power connector. Smooth sailing after I hooked it up.
