Computer won't turn on.

Ok heres the deal there were a bunch of cables scattered around my computer so i organized them. After i was finished i turn on the computer and the first thing i smell is smoke and i have absolutely no idea where it came from. And now my computer turns on and fans are spinning, lights are on but nothing. I took out all ram and i hear no beep. I looked on my cpu and it looks normal. So can i please have some assistance?

Been there done that.
First thing to do is localize the source of the smoke which you do with your nose.
It will smell like burnt clutch,the obvious suspect would be the psu,but you indicate that it is still running,so you need to examine the rest of your system with a bright light look for brown or black spots and then smell them you will know when you do find the spot..

but the problem is that now it doesnt smoke anymore and idk what to do.
