Hello,
my computer says a problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damange to your computer.
if this is your first time... reboot (didn't work)
if this screen appears again, follow these steps:
disable or uninstall any anti-virus, disk defragmentation or back up utilities. Check you hard drive configuration, and check for any updated drivers. run chck /f to check for hard drive coruption, and then restart computer.

It will not let me past this screen to do any of it! What do I do??

Put the stop code in on Microsoft's support section and it will detail your problem, also try to spell chkdsk correct also... chkdsk /f will check your drive for any errors in segmenting and attempt to repair them, so i'm assuming you have a possible corruption issue with your hard drive or there are OS files missing due to a badly fragmented sector. Don't kick your computer.
