4770 works for CAD-architecture & D.Video ?

Use CAD (for work, not hobby) some 3D, but even 3D CAD are only B&W Line drawings.

Also want to use it for Dig.Video playback & editing. ZERO gaming !

Anyone know if 4770 will work well for these tasks ?

yes it will.

But if you are not gaming you wont even need that much power . Try a 4670 instead and enjoy lower power consumption and less fan noise
