When i turn on my cpu i can't see anything but i dont have a video card and ive tried evrything can you help me

I think we need a few more details.

I assume when you say CPU you mean computer.

You don't have a video card, does your motherboard have integrated video?

Does the computer beep at you when you turn it on?
