I recently go some money (yay!). I would like to know, do you think it is worth upgrading from my current 2900.... XT (erm.. yeah, it really was when I bought it too 
), and to be honest frankly shitty CRT monitor, to something along the lines of a 4800 and a better monitor, and if you do believe it to be worth it, what screen/graphics card combo would you suggest (I can stretch a long way if neccessary, but I like to get the best value I can, where I can, so what can you suggest?)
(Btw, when I say combo, I don't mean a specific deal, I just mean what would go well with what where when how and why)
I should mention, currently I am running an e2160 @ 3.4 ghz on a P35 board (so no pcie2.0 
) with 4 gigs of RAM
