i usually buy my motherboards and cpu from this place and have them install the cpu and heatsink for me. Any how I had two get them from different places this time around. So i got a Rosewill z200 heatsink/fan and it has some grey paste already on the bottom. I take it thats the terminal paste already applied. So I just need ot set it in place?

correct the paste is already on the heatsink so just install the cpu and then the HSF
