Hello,
i have the a770e3 and an athlon 11-245 cpu,its just a cheap rig till they get the p67's worked out,need some setting to get a decent o/c like 3.4 ish,any help app.its been years sence ive had an amd the bios terms are much diff. than intel

Well, with a locked multiplier (upward anyway) like yours, what I would do is enter the BIOS set the memory to the next setting below its rated speed and the increase the FSB of the processor. With trial and error you may be able to get this as high as 240. If you can increase the voltage to the processor, try .01-.1 extra voltage. That will help.
You should find your goal fairly easy to reach.
